Psalm 103:13-14

As a father has compassion for his children,
so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him.
For he knows how we were made;
he remembers that we are dust.

I love this Scripture.

It is sobering because of what we truly are (made of dust- of all things!), and how could he love us so much? He is the sweetest God ever. You can't get any better than Christ.

I used to have a silly notion that God only knew how frail we are because of sending Jesus to be a human being and experiencing our humanness through Him. Not realizing that He knows all things and knit us together in the womb. (Psalm 139:13)

But this Scripture dispels that notion entirely.
